This Rainbow Corner-to-Corner Square is the second square in my Magical Unicorn C2C Cal Blanket. I love this one because it can be used for many themes. For example if you change the color combinations, you can make it for certain holidays. You can make it into a banner or you can even make it for the front of a pillow.

VERY IMPORTANT:: Instead of the traditional C2C method of using double crochets and chain 3’s to make each pixel square, I used half double crochets (HDCs) and only chained 2. I also chain 5 instead of 6 on the increase stitches. I like the way the overall stitches look tighter and the color changes are a bit neater. You are welcome to use the traditional method by making each pixel with double crochets. But, keep in mind that your project will take a little bit more yarn and the size of your square panel will be larger.
