This watermelon c2c square is my next square in my Summer Beach Bum C2C Blanket. This one is perfect for summer! It always brings back great summer memories of us enjoying a juicy watermelon on a hot summer day. You can make this in the original colors of a red watermelon…or even go the opposite color combos and use a pastel color combination!
Materials:
- Watermelon C2C Square Pixel Graph. Click Here.
- Worsted Weight: Turquoise, Pink, Dark Gray, Ivory, Light Green, Dark Green (I used: I Love this Yarn: Hot Pink, Ivory, Keylime, Jellybean, Turquoise, Heather Gray from Yarn Bee)
- Size G+/4.50mm Crochet Hook
- Tapestry Needle
I used the regular C2C techniques shown in my video! It is the chain 5 modification. Please check it out! I currently do not have a pattern for the row count, but will have one ready soon.
I used a G+/4.50mm crochet hook, and I love this Yarn and Yarn Bee yarn from Hobby Lobby. I currently do not have the yardage estimate, but I will update that as well. However this square took less than one skein of each color.
