If you’re a beginner, this project is small enough and is the perfect size for your first C2C project (non-traditional shaped).

Notes:

-This pattern is written for those who know how to do corner to corner.

-This pattern is written in the amount of C2C Cluster per color per row and each row.

-When looking at the graph, you start working from the top left corner of the eraser in diagonal going down to the lead of the pencil.

-You can use different size hooks and get different size banners. For larger banners I recommend  a size H(5.00mm) or I(5.50mm) hook. For smaller banners use a smaller hook. Keep in mind the type of yarn/hook you use may vary in spacing or gaps in between each stitch.

Materials:

• 4.00mm Crochet Hook 
• Yarn: Pink, Light Gray, Yellow, Black, Tan/Dark Ivory (Crafters Secret)
• Darning Needle
• Wonder Clips for bobbins (optional)

For the hanger:

• 3/4in wood dowel
• 2 eyelet screws
• 1 string

Hanger Loop:

There are many variations for the loop to put the hanger into. It all depends on the size hook and dowel you are using. I made two to three double crochets rows across. Another option is to break them up in sections of three or more.
